  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
